from 2014 through 2018, high voltage was a brooklyn-based music pr company dedicated to helping both budding and established artists share announcements, secure press in digital + print media, and reach new fans. high voltage handled press for artists like Lou Barlow, Islands, Japanther, Dirty Fences, Acid Dad, The Shivas, and Stonefield, and worked with labels like K, Joyful Noise Recordings, Kanine Records, Greenway Records, and Old Flame Records. we also hosted live shows across brooklyn, including sold-out CMJ + Northside showcases.

now based in the hudson valley, high voltage is a platform for bringing you your favorite bands — and soon-to-be new favorite bands — through live shows, limited-run releases, and good old fashioned word of mouth.
